“I wanted to tell you how much I have appreciated the assistance of your employee, Ms. Desaya Williams. The first morning of our stay, my daughter’s boyfriend arrived at the breakfast room 15 minutes after breakfast ended. Ms. Williams cheerfully went to the supply room and got some waffle batter from the refrigerator for him. The next morning, I needed to get breakfast for my son and my nephew, who were still asleep. Ms. Williams got several yogurts out of the refrigerator and put them in a bag for me, and made sure that I had enough waffle batter to make waffles for these two young men.
These were the types of things that a traveler remembers. I hope that Ms. Williams’ exemplary willingness to help is taken into account by her employers.”
